the room was very comfortable and CLEAN. the bed was great and the shower had good pressure. parking had ev charging, convenient. staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready for a quick chat.

the door closes needed adjustment. I could hear doors Banging early morning and late at night which disturbed my sleep.

i found the location convenient near a lake and some restaurants i stayed in room 206 it seemed recently refurbished the bed was very comfortable and i slept well.

the room could use some pictures to add more visual interest to the walls

the corridor was like a horror film with dark walls and sensor lights. the kettle had scum in it i needed to wash off before use. also, the window lock was either broken or disconnected

the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was clean and the beds were really comfortable. lots of parking was available at the location.

the hotel was too close to the main road. this was not evident from the website used to book it.

the location is perfect for discovering newmillerdam and surrounding areas. several restaurants were located within walking distance, however, it was quite far from the center. access to major roads was easy.
